About configuring the website

Configuring the website requires an organizational account with an administrator role.

Administrators of an organization can configure the ArcGIS.com website to showcase the geographic information that's important to the organization. You can configure general settings such as adding a logo and specifying whether or not members can share content outside the organization. You can also configure the home page, the gallery, the map viewer, item details, groups, utility services, and security. Some configuration is done during activation, for example, setting up your organization's URL. For more information, see Activating a subscription.
