startMapDocument

void startMapDocument()
                      throws IOException,

Begin map document. Document consists of one or more pages.

Throws:

IOException - If there are interop problems.

AutomationException - If the ArcObject component throws an exception.

startPage

int startPage(IEnvelope pixelBounds,
              int hDcPrinter)
