This coclass was added specifically for Visual Basic developers. Use this coclass to declare an instance of the outbound event interface IEditToolEvents.

Construct a EditToolEvents using a reference to such an object returned from ArcGIS Engine or Server. This is semantically equivalent to casting obj to EditToolEvents.
