Software requirements
Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 or equivalent must be installed prior to installing ArcGIS Explorer Desktop.
Microsoft XML Core Services (MSXML) 6.0 must be installed prior to installing ArcGIS Explorer Desktop.
Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 7.0 or 8.0 must be installed prior to installing ArcGIS Explorer.
