Defines a MapGrid based on the latitude and longitude system. Labels are shown for Arctic Circle, Antarctic Circle, Equator, Tropics of Cancer and Capricorn, and the Prime Meridian in addition to grid coordinates. A LatLonMapGrid comprises 2 MapGridLevels.
