Parameters:

pConnectionProperties - A reference to a com.esri.arcgis.system.IPropertySet (in)

hWnd - The hWnd (A COM typedef) (in)

pTrackCancel - A reference to a com.esri.arcgis.system.ITrackCancel (in)

Returns:

A reference to a com.esri.arcgis.gisclient.IWCSConnection

Throws:

IOException - If there are interop problems.

AutomationException - If the ArcObject component throws an exception.
