catalog - A reference to a com.esri.arcgis.geodatabase.IRasterCatalog (in)

where - The where (in)

onlyIfEmpty - The onlyIfEmpty (in)

cancel - A reference to a com.esri.arcgis.system.ITrackCancel (in)

Throws:

IOException - If there are interop problems.

AutomationException - If the ArcObject component throws an exception.
