Adding colors to the .scs file (Defense Mapping)

The user-defined mappings from process color to Spot colors are saved in a Spot Color Set (.scs) file. Each new Spot color is associated with numeric values that represent the CMYK colors and tint. Two sets of numbers are listed for each color: one for the original color and another for its replacement. All numeric values are expressed as percentages.
