In order for the Desire Lines to run correctly you need to assign customers to stores in order for the tool to know where to calculate the desire lines.

You must assign customers to stores from one of four tools: Assign by Closest Store Location, Assign by Trade Area, Assign Customers by ID, or Assign customers by SOLAP.
