Measure Cannibalization

Measure Cannibalization calculates the amount of overlap between two or more trade areas.

The image below shows a three ring two trade areas with the Measure Cannibalization tool applied. The cannibalized area highlights market saturation. The cannibalized area is approximately 15% of the combined area of the two adjacent trade areas as indicated by the arrow.
