Customizing MapTips for event editing (Production Mapping)
At version 10.2.1, linear referencing functionality is deprecated. Tools associated with linear referencing in Production Mapping can still be found in the Customize dialog box, but the Production Linear Referencing toolbar is no longer available. At the next major release of Production Mapping, this functionality will not be available.
It is recommended that you use Esri Roads and Highways to maintain your linear referencing information.
When you edit events in Production Mapping, MapTips appear to show you the measure value as you move or modify a linear or point event. By default, one significant digit is shown in a MapTip, but you can choose to display up to five.
- Start ArcMap.
- On the main menu, click Customize → Toolbars → Production Editing.
-
On the Production Editing toolbar, click Production Editing → Editing Properties.
The Production Properties dialog box appears.
ヒント:You can also open the Production Properties dialog box by clicking Customize → Production → Production Properties.
- In the Linear Referencing area, type or choose a value in the Number of significant digits in measure tip box.
The default value is 1, but you can choose to display up to five significant digits.
- [OK] をクリックします。
