Undoing the checkout of multiple products (Maritime Charting)

There are times when it is more efficient to work with more than one product at a time, or when other processes within ArcGIS for Desktop may require access to the products outside the product library.

Attention :

Undo checkout is not supported for products in a SQL Enterprise-enabled product library.

Etapes :

1. Start ArcMap.
2. If necessary, open the Product Library window by clicking Customize > Production > Product Library on the main menu.

   A tree view of the product library appears.
3. If necessary, expand Product Library and Products.
4. Navigate to the series that contains the products you want to manage.
5. Right-click the series and click Batch Manage Products.

   The Batch Manage Products dialog box appears.

6. Confirm that the series contains the products you want to manage.
7. Click the Action drop-down arrow and choose Undo Check Out.
8. Check the check box for each product in the Available Products list for which you want to undo the checkout.

   Using the Undo Check Out command on a checked out product will:

   • Delete any unpublished metadata records for that product from the Nautical Metadata table.
   • Delete the associated zip file (if applicable).
   • Delete any replica changes that have been applied.

9. Click OK.

   The Undoing Checkout Product dialog box appears.

10. Click OK when the process completes.
