Licensing and the Tracking Analyst extension

With an Extension ArcGIS Tracking Analyst license, you will have the full functionality of Tracking Analyst available to you in ArcMap and ArcCatalog, regardless of whether you're using ArcGIS for Desktop Basic, ArcGIS for Desktop Standard, or ArcGIS for Desktop Advanced. To use the Extension ArcGIS Tracking Analyst in ArcGlobe, you must also have an Extension ArcGIS 3D Analyst license.
