Saving a newly created workflow or renaming an existing workflow
In the Task Assistant window, you can save a newly created workflow or rename an existing workflow. If multiple workflows are currently open in the Task Assistant window, you can also save them all to the same workflow file.
When you use the Save As command, all open workflows are saved to the same task assistant file. The workflow file that was last loaded into the Task Assistant window is saved and includes all the workflows that are currently open.
- Start ArcMap.
- If necessary, click the Task Assistant button on the Task Manager toolbar to display the Task Assistant window.
- Open a task assistant workflow.
-
Right-click the workflow in the Task Assistant window and click Save Workflow As.
The Save Workflow As dialog box appears.
- Navigate to the location in which you want to save the workflow.
- Type a name for the workflow in the File Name text box.
-
Click Save.
Remarque :
If multiple workflows are loaded in the Task Assistant window, saving causes all workflows to be saved to the same task assistant file, regardless of whether any workflow is highlighted in the Task Assistant window. The workflow file that was last loaded into the Task Assistant window is saved.
