Uninstalling previous versions of Mapping and Charting solutions

All Esri products previous to version 10.1 need to be uninstalled before installing Esri Mapping and Charting solutions 10.1.

Astuce:

To find out what ArcGIS products are currently installed on your machine, download the PatchFinder utility from the Esri support site and run it from your local machine.

Astuce:

The ArcGIS Uninstall utility also removes all previous versions of ArcGIS and any extensions.

Important

Esri strongly recommends that all sample and third-party extensions or plug-ins be uninstalled before installing a newer version of an Esri product.

Before uninstalling ArcGIS for Desktop, remove the following products in this order:

1. ArcGIS Data Reviewer Service
2. Extension ArcGIS Data Reviewer for Desktop
3. Extension ArcGIS Workflow Manager for Desktop
4. Esri Aeronautical Solution, Esri Defense Mapping, and ArcGIS for Maritime : Création de diagrammes
5. Task Assistant Manager
6. Esri Production Mapping

Remarque :

Use Add/Remove Programs from the Windows Control Panel to uninstall Workflow Manager manually. You can also perform a silent uninstallation of this product.
