080047 : Failed to get feature from customer feature class.

Descripción

Used in Assign by Closest Store Location and Assign by Trade Area. Couldn't open customer feature class for writing. The file is locked by another application that is reading from it or writing to it.

Solución

Close all applications outside of ArcGIS for Desktop Basic that are accessing the customer file used for input in this tool.
