Configuring parameters for a Property Set schematic attribute
An attribute Property Set is an attribute whose values are managed by a custom schematic rule, a custom schematic algorithm, or any applicative component. The predefined Expand Links schematic rule also may be configured to work with such a type of attribute. The attribute values are stored in a property set property in the schematic feature class or diagram class on which the schematic attribute applies.
There is no specific parameter to configure for Property Set schematic attributes. The name specified for the schematic attribute automatically becomes the name of the property set property where the attribute values are expected to be retrieved.
To create such a schematic attribute, follow the steps detailed in the Creating attributes on a schematic feature class or Creating attributes on a schematic diagram template topics and select Property Set when specifying the attribute Type at step 6. Then, pass step 7 and go directly to steps 8 through 11 for specifying the parameters available in the Storage Mode and Evaluation Mode sections.
