What is Mobile Project Center?
Mobile Project Center is a desktop application for authoring mobile projects. It allows you to create and manage field projects for use with the ready-to-deploy ArcGIS for Windows Mobile field applications.
You can use Mobile Project Center to define what data will be used by your field project, how you want to present the data to field workers for data collection and feature inspection, what specific field operations they can perform, and many other settings that define a mobile project.
By using Mobile Project Center, you can save mobile projects locally on your computer or share them to ArcGIS Online, Portal for ArcGIS, or your organization's dedicated ArcGIS Server. You can also open projects from these locations and edit them before sharing them again.
