Opens a new IO file connection within the FileGpsConnection class and immediately starts to read sentences.

Remarks

Sentences are read based on the ReadInterval. A valid ReadInterval associates a timer that will elaps based on the interval. The best practices for any application is to wait for some amount of time after calling close before attempting to re-open by calling the Open method. Be aware the port may not be closed instantly.
