Globe services

Globe services provide access to ArcGIS globe layers for query and display in a 3D environment. Globe layer content can be accessed as animation files, tiles and associated textures either via a URL or as binary data. No method references are provided since globe services are not designed for consumption outside an ArcGIS Desktop or ArcGIS Engine client.

Limitations

Globe services should only be used with an ArcGIS Desktop or ArcGIS Engine client. They are not designed to be used by any other client.
