Signing in to ArcGIS Online

Signing in to ArcGIS Online with your Esri Global Account allows you to open secure (non-public) web maps in the ArcGIS Viewer for Silverlight.

Learn more about creating and managing an ArcGIS Online account. To sign in, follow the steps outlined below.

1. Once you have a registered an Esri Global Account for ArcGIS Online, click the Sign In link in the upper right corner of the Application Builder. This link is available on every page of the Application Builder except the Settings page.
2. On the menu that appears, click Sign In To ArcGIS Online.
3. To sign in, type your user name and password, then click Sign In.

Note:

ArcGIS Online user names and passwords are case sensitive.
