ESRI.ArcGIS.Client.Extensibility Namespace : IToggleCommand Interface
Enables implementation of a command that exposes toggling functionality. In Esri products, raise the command's System.Windows.Input.ICommand.CanExecuteChanged event to update the add-in's toggle state.
