New Query Related Records Tool
A new Query Related Records tool has been added to the Viewer at version 3.1. With this tool, you can retrieve a feature's related records by clicking a button on the feature's pop-up. If the related records have geometry, they are added to the map. If not, their data is shown in the attribute table. The source code for the tool has also been made available on ArcGIS Online.

Editor tracking support
The Viewer now allows you to see a feature's editing history by leveraging the editor tracking capabilities provided by ArcGIS Server 10.1. Ownership-based access support
