Gets or sets the value indicating whether the panel will be an immediate child of the html document's body or whether it is docked in its parent.

Remarks

If this property is true, then the FloatingPanel will appear on startup within the container specified in DockingContainerElementID. If false, the panel will not be docked, though the user can dock the panel if ShowDockButton is true.
