Applies the resource's map description to the server object instance. Synchronizes the functionality of map descriptions with the resource's map description.

Remarks

This method pushes the properties of the map resource from the "shallowly stateful" Web ADF down to the underlying ArcGIS Server object. This method should only be used with non-pooled server resources, since it affects the underlying state of the server object for any users of the object.
