Parameters
- layerIDs
- Output parameter: an array of IDs of layers and stand alone tables in the map service, as strings.
- layerNames
- Output parameter: an array of names of layers and stand alone tables in the map service, as strings.
Remarks
Use this method to retrieve the layer names and IDs. The layer information may be used for tasks such as setting layer visibility with SetLayerVisibility, where the ID of the layer is required; use GetLayers to obtain and iterate through the list of layers to find the ID corresponding to the layer name.
