- mapFunctionalityName
- Name of the map functionality. May be null (Nothing) for some functionalities.
- mapExtent
- Map extent to assume when drawing the scale bar.

A CartoImage that contains the scale bar image.Remarks
The scale of the map is calculated from the input extent and physical pixel size of the map.
