Parameters
- returnFieldNames
- Whether field names should be returned. If False, field indices will be used in the format string
- fieldBackgroundColor
- The background color for field names.
- createTemplateIfNull
- Whether a template should be created if none is set on the table.
- excludedColumns
- List of column names to be exclueded if creating a template when null. A case insensitive comparison is made to exclude columns. For example, "ObjectID" will also match "OBJECTID:.
