Refreshes the Map (the resource being edited and the Editor graphic layers). If called more than once, only one Map refresh is invoked.

Parameters
- editor
- The Editor instance.
- caller
- The CallbackResultCollection to copy the CallbackResult to. If null, the CallbackResult will be left in the Maps CallbackResultCollection.
