The ESRI.ArcGIS.ADF.Resources namespace contains a single class, ResourceUtility, used to retrieve resources. Resources are usually maintained in one or more files and contain of property-value pairs often used to define text content within an application. They are frequently used to localize text content within an application for a specific language or region.
