Managing user profiles
Administrators can modify the profiles of members. This includes changing the full name, descriptive information, thumbnail, password, and who can see the profile—everybody (public) or private.
Steps:
- Log in to the portal website as an administrator and click the My Organization link on the top menu. Your organization page opens.
- Click the name of the user whose profile you want to modify. The member's profile window appears in a pop-up window.
- Click the Profile link. The user's profile page opens.
- Click the Edit my profile button. You can now change the user's full name, description, thumbnail, and profile visibility.
