Manage user profiles
Administrators can modify the profiles of members. This includes changing the full name, descriptive information, thumbnail, password, and who can see the profile: everybody (public) or private.
Steps:
- Log in to the portal website as an administrator and click the My Organization link on the top menu. Your organization page opens.
- Click the name of the user whose profile you want to modify and click Profile in the pop-up that appears.
- Click Edit My Profile. You can now change the member's name, description, thumbnail, profile visibility, language, and units.
