Description

The option to populate directions was enabled, but the network dataset on which the analysis was performed doesn't support directions. The output directions feature class is empty.

Solution

To generate directions, the network dataset on which the analysis is performed must have directions configured. You may be able to configure directions on the network dataset or choose to solve the analysis on another one that already has directions configured.
