Description

The origin feature class or table in this relationship class does not have a GlobalID field.

Solution

In order to use the Migrate Relationship Class tool, the origin feature class or table must have a GlobalID field. To add a GlobalID field, right-click the origin class in ArcCatalog and Add_Global_IDs.
