Description

For the largest distance (the last increment) there are more than 20 million neighbor relationships. Depending on the capabilities of your hardware, this analysis will take a long time to complete and could potentially run out of memory before finishing.

Solution

There is nothing worse than waiting an hour for your analysis to finish only to find that it couldn't complete because of memory issues. If you see this message, you should consider canceling the process and trying again with a smaller Beginning Distance and/or Distance Increment. If your Input Features dataset is large, you can elect to run the analysis on a portion of the dataset by selecting a subset of the total features.
