Uninstalling ArcGIS Web Adaptor (Java Platform)
Uninstalling ArcGIS Web Adaptor (Java Platform) is a two-step process. First, you'll need to unregister the Web Adaptor with the site using ArcGIS Server Manager. Then you'll uninstall the Web Adaptor using your operating system's tools.
Keep in mind that once you unregister the Web Adaptor, client applications will not be able to communicate with your GIS servers. If you want to reestablish this communication in the future, use the Web Adaptor configuration page to register the Web Adaptor to the site again.
