001426 : Failed to retrieve the job status from hosted services.

Description

The geoprocessing tool on ArcGIS Desktop failed to retrieve the job status from services published on Hosted Services.

Solution

Right-click on Service and click on the View cache Status > Job Status tab to view the cache job status on the service.
