ArcGIS for Windows Mobile system requirements

The following is a list of system requirements for ArcGIS for Windows Mobile 10.1.1 setup.

Supported operating systems

ArcGIS for Windows Mobile supports the following platforms:

• Windows Embedded Handheld 6.5 Professional and Classic editions
• Windows Mobile 6.0, 6.1, and 6.5 Professional and Classic editions
• Windows 8, 7, Vista and XP

Note:

ArcGIS for Windows Mobile will run on notebooks, Tablet PCs, and desktops. It does not require that a touch screen or the Tablet PC pack be installed.

Microsoft .NET Framework required

The ArcGIS for Windows Mobile setup requires Microsoft .NET Framework version 3.5 SP1. If .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 is not detected on your machine, the setup will not proceed.
