Publishing

Publishing elevation services is similar to publishing all other image services. Some considerations are described in the Publishing topic of Standard Workflow.

If using server raster functions, then these are defined during the publishing process.

The ArcGIS Image Management Workflows group on ArcGIS Online will include sample scripts to automate the process of publishing image services.
