Print active view with ArcPress

PurposeThis sample demonstrates how to print the active view of a map document using the ArcPress printer engine, including how to autoselect the appropriate ArcPress driver. It uses the IPrintAndExport interface to simplify the code. For more information on developing with the ArcPress printer engine, see the library overview topic, OutputExtensions.
