Parameters

name

The name of a machine that contains an ArcGIS Server Object Manager

mode

ConnectionMode (Default, Failover, RoundRobin).

identity

Identity used to connect to the data source.

failedCheckInterval

Interval number used to check between failed connection attempts. This # is per application request.

maxAttempts

Number of times a failed connection is retried before marking as dead.
