Retrives recursively or not the schematic attribute referenced by the specified Name.

Name [in]
  Name is a parameter of type BSTR
RecursiveSearch [in, optional, defaultvalue(VARIANT_FALSE)]

Attribute [out, retval]

  Attribute is a parameter of type ISchematicAttribute
