ILib83Lookup Interface

Provides facilities for inspecting the names of libraries that were supplied at ArcGIS 8.3.

		Description
	Exists	Indicates if a library of the specified name exists in the collection of type libraries.
	GetName	Returns a type library name for the specified GUID.
	GetNames	Returns a VB6 collection of the type libraries.
