什么是 ArcGIS for Windows Mobile 安装程序？

ArcGIS for Windows Mobile 安装程序是利用 Microsoft Windows Installer 技术创建的。此技术包括一个安装包文件 (.msi) 和一个客户端安装程序服务 (Msiexec.exe)。Windows Installer 是一种运行在操作系统上的服务。利用此服务，操作系统可以管理软件的安装并使用包含在安装包中用于安装软件的所有信息。

Msiexec.exe 程序是 Windows Installer 的组成部分。它使用动态链接库 Msi.dll 来读取安装包文件 (.msi)、应用转换文件 (.mst) 以及合并命令行选项。

ArcGIS for Windows Mobile 的安装至少需要 Windows Installer 3.1 组件，如果目标计算机上尚未安装 Windows Installer 3.1，则请使用 setup.exe 进行安装。如果您直接使用 setup.msi 进行安装，则必须保证目标计算机上已经安装了 Windows Installer 3.1
