Esri Roads and Highways 10.2 for Server quick start guide
Getting started
- Prior to installing, ArcGIS 10.2 for Server must be installed.
- Administrative privileges are required.
- If you have an older version of Roads and Highways on the system, it will need to be uninstalled.
- If the setup does not automatically start, run setup.exe.
- For detailed information on system requirements and installation, click Help on the setup to open the Esri Roads and Highways for Server installation guide.
Obtaining software authorization
Roads and Highways for Server must be authorized for use.
If you are authorizing Roads and Highways for the first time or are upgrading from 10.0, your account's primary maintenance contact can obtain authorization numbers for each feature from the Customer Care site. Use the authorization number to add the features to your License Manager or ArcGIS Administrator. See the ArcGIS 10.2.1 Installation Guide for information on authorizing and reviewing Concurrent Use and Single Use features.
