Changing portal account passwords

You can change the password for your user account through your user profile. Administrators can change any user's password through that user's profile. The steps to change a user's password are as follows:

Steps:
  1. Sign in to the portal website.
  2. Open the user's profile.
    • If you signed in with the user account for which you want to change the password, click your user name on the top menu to open your user profile.
    • If you signed in as the administrator and want to change the password for your account or another user's account, click the user in the Members list, and click the Profile link.
  3. Click Change Password.
    1. In the Change Password window, enter the new password you want for the user.
    2. Verify the password by entering the new password again.
    3. Click Change Password to apply the change and close the Change Password window.
