Deleting individual rules and rule groups

Legacy:

10.2.1 is the final release in which MPS-Atlas is available for installation. It is recommended that map series created with MPS-Atlas be moved to data driven pages. For more information, see Migrating an MPS-Atlas map book to Data Driven Pages.

The Element Rule Manager dialog box allows you to remove some or all rules and rule groups.

Steps:

1. Start ArcMap.
2. On the main menu, click Customize > Toolbars > MPS Atlas.
3. Click the Show Element Rule Manager button on the MPS Atlas toolbar.

   The Element Placement Rule Manager dialog box appears.

4. Click to expand the Element Rule Manager tree view.
5. Click a rule or rule group to delete.
6. Click Remove.
7. Click OK.
