Choosing the data frame visible extent as the area of interest

Legacy:

10.2.1 is the final release in which MPS-Atlas is available for installation. It is recommended that map series created with MPS-Atlas be moved to data driven pages. For more information, see Migrating an MPS-Atlas map book to Data Driven Pages.

The Data Frame Visible Extent option can be used to create multiple map sheets over the same area. This can be useful for adding a title or blank page to your existing map series.

Steps:

1. Click Data Frame Visible Extent in the Area of Interest list.
2. Click the Data Frame drop-down arrow and choose a data frame.
3. Click or type the number of AOIs you want to use.
4. Click Next.

   The Storage dialog box appears.
