Manage user profiles

Administrators can modify the profiles of members. This includes changing the full name, descriptive information, thumbnail, password, and who can see the profile: everybody (public) or private.

Steps:
  1. Log in to the portal website as an administrator and click the My Organization link on the top menu. Your organization page opens.
  2. Click the name of the user whose profile you want to modify and click Profile in the pop-up that appears.
  3. Click Edit My Profile. You can now change the member's name, description, thumbnail, profile visibility, language, and units.
