Your standalone table points to a data source that is registered with the geodatabase, and you are publishing a service with Feature Access (feature service) enabled with at least one editing capability enabled.

Solution

• Disable all editing capabilities. These include Create, Delete, and Update.
• Remove the standalone table from the map.
